Clear Bag Policy

Arkansas State University has implemented a clear bag policy for all events at First National Bank Arena. Items that are not permitted cannot be stored by First National Bank Arena staff. The following items are prohibited. All guests must follow the clear bag policy outlined below. Prohibited bags and items cannot be placed in a clear bag in order to gain entry.

To ensure that all guests have a safe and memorable experience, the following items /activities are NOT allowed inside the Field Concert area:

• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Outside Food or Beverages (Available at Concession Stands)
• Professional Cameras and Audio/Video Recording Equipment (Without Prior Approval)
• All Weapons, unless Authorized by Law or University Policy

The Johnny Cash Heritage Festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove any items deemed inappropriate for any reason, per its sole and absolute discretion.
